Any other tasks we both agree on.
Term of Agreement
The agreement starts on the date mentioned on the official contract and will continue until either you or we decide to end it, as long as both parties follow the terms in this agreement.Payment Terms
Hourly Rate: You agree to pay us $ 25 per hour for the work we do.
Package Plans: If you choose a service package, like $400 for 20 hours per month, you’ll pay the agreed flat fee.
Additional hours will be charged at $25 per hour, or you may choose to upgrade to the next package.
Packages are valid for 30 days only and do not roll over to the next month.
Payment required upon signing of contract.
For subscription plans, Invoices will be sent on a 4-week periods. No work will be performed until payment is received.
Hours Fees are subject to increase on a semi-annual or annual basis with tirty (30) days written notice.
Four single-hour jobs:
After payment has been made, the client has up to 48 hours to cancel the contract and request a full refund (if no work has been performed yet).
After 48h, no refund will be issued.
For subscription plans:
After payment has been made, the client has up to 48 hours to cancel the contract and request a full refund (if no work has been performed).
For cancellation up to 7 days, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellation after 7 days, no refund will be issued.
Confidentiality
Both of us agree to keep any sensitive information we come across during our work private. This includes things like business data, client lists, passwords, and intellectual property. We won’t share any of this without your written permission.Independent Contractor Status
We are an independent contractor, not an employee of yours. We will provide the services as a self-employed individual and won’t have the authority to make contracts or agreements on your behalf.Access and Resources
You agree to give us the necessary access to digital tools, software, passwords, and any other resources we need to do the work. You’ll also provide us with the support and guidance we need to perform the tasks effectively.Termination
Either of us can end this agreement by giving seven (7) days’ written notice. If we end it, you will pay us for any work completed up to the termination date.Liability
We as services providers are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) from the services we provide, unless it’s due to gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing on our part.Review and Feedback
All the job will be performed based on the client requests, orientation or training (if necessary).
The Client has the right to review the work on a daily or weekly basis. If the Client notices anything that needs adjustment or correction, they agree to provide immediate feedback by message.Prompt communication from the Client is essential to ensure that the work meets their expectations and any necessary changes can be made in a timely manner.
